Renato Geromel Jr. | President
Renato Geromel Jr. is the founder of Geromel Capital and Geromel Construction, where he combines engineering, construction, and real estate investment expertise. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Renato first came to the United States at age 16 as a Rotary Exchange Student.
He is a licensed General Contractor and active real estate investor with ownership in more than 2,600 multifamily units, serving as a General Partner in over 700 units. His experience spans acquisition, entitlements, construction management, and asset stabilization.
Renato holds a degree in Structural and Electrical Architectural Engineering and has led or contributed to residential communities, large multifamily assets, and complex commercial programs. His cross-disciplinary background supports strategic risk assessment, value maximization, and consistent high-quality delivery.
